  • Make sure you config your app correctly

  • Go to ticket and fill custom fields provided in config

  • Click on three dots

     

  • Select Create AAD user

  • If you want you can change data

  • Click Create AAD user

  • If you want you can add comment with user data

  • Congratulations, your user has been created
